Just Drivers Limited was formed in 2011 to provide a forward thinking and dynamic solution to temporary and permanent staffing requirements within the Road Haulage Industry. We are based in Essex and solely operate within Essex & its fringe counties, to ensure the old fashioned ethic of customer service on a personal level can be maintained.

We may hold old fashioned ethics in high regard, however, we also understand the great importance of modern technology and have worked very hard to ensure our I.T. systems are as modern as possible, allowing detailed back office reporting to customers on a regular or ad hoc basis.

At Just Drivers Limited, we believe our staff should be regarded as an extension to your existing driving team. With this in mind, all of our staff are fully referenced for previous employment, engage in a face to face interview with an experienced LGV driver and sit a short theory test on the road haulage industry, which upon successful completion of this, may operate under the Just Drivers Limited banner.

The office team at Just Drivers Limited have a full understanding of how fast paced and changeable the Road Haulage Industry can be, this is why we always approach any situation with a can do attitude. Although our offices may close at 5:30pm, we understand that your wheels do not stop turning at such a sociable hour and with this in mind, we operate an on-call service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Any member of our staff will hold punctuality, presentation, rules, regulation and respect for your customer, along with respect for your equipment in the highest regard. This allows you to rest assured that the job will get done & get done well, whilst you concentrate on the important task of running your business.
